We come there on week-ends for get aways, we would be long term, would like more pics!! we are in our 50's super athletic nice people!! and quiet!! great renters. my husband always leaves things nicer then when he rented them. we are from the states but have residency here. Cool Landlord!

I used to live in this house. It really is an ideal location. I was able to let my non street-savvy dog hang out outside without worrying about traffic.

But one of the best things about the house is Ramon, the owner. He is really such a kind, friendly, genuinely good guy. After all these years he still stops by to say "hi" when he's in town.

Plus, he makes the extra effort to keep his renters happy. I've had my share of unpleasant experiences with landlords in this country, but NOT with Ramon.
